BETA The BETA Program BETA has some advantages over full EFQM for the smaller or less quality conscious organisation.
Excellence is by nature a process requiring a degree of honesty, and if at present you have no real policies on quality and improvement, then BETA may be more appropriate than the EFQM Model. You are fully supported by your licensed BETA Advisor. It is firmly based on the same concepts, but takes a rather simpler view, concentrating on: ‘Business Excellence Through Action’. PLAN Assisted Workshops to discover what your business can achieve. Develop realistic improvement Plans DO Set off down your Planned path. CHECK Monitor your progress regularly and frankly. Decide how things are working. ACT Make any necessary changes to keep on track to achieve your goals. Plan -------- again!
